I purchased Powermatic II March 29, 2011. Great machine! It has suddenly started failing to cycle properly. Appears to be an internal gear or rack that has damaged teeth. Will not cycle through to extend the ram completely. Reset will pull back to start position, but then same failure. I need to contact manufacturer for warranty repair.
this machine rolled 1 cigarette then stopeed working. what a rip off. cannot return to store I bought it from. They must know their no good.

I have the same problem as many–my cherry falls off the rolled cigarette. I tried adjusting the fill adjuster to a higher level-didn’t help. It does this whether it’s fresh or dry tobacco. How can I get this machine to work properly?
I, too, need a new power cord. I have looked on the powermatic website, and manynothers, to no avail on either finding them for sale or finding enough indetifying informaion on the power cord to purcase one from a third party. I appreciate any help you can offer with this matter.

Used this machine for about a month before it broke. Trying to send it back was a joke. $30 to mail it to them was bad enough. Then I was told that they sent me one but never received it. So then they said they sent another one to me and I still haven’t received that. Now I’m fighting with him trying to get another one sent to me and come to find out they had sent the second one to the wrong address. Maybe I should have just kept my broken machine and sold it to somebody. At least I would have gotten a few bucks out of it. So, I spent money on the machine, money to mail it to them, and five months later I still don’t have a machine. Way to go! You sure made a fool out of me!
